How we score Webflow freelancers
Every score on top10nocodeexperts.com comes from seven public facts per person, read from Webflow's partner directory, Upwork, Contra and each freelancer's own site on 2026-09-21. This page gives each rule as a formula, the weights used on this site and one worked example with real numbers.

The 7 criteria and their weights
| i | Criterion | Rule | Weight wi |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Webflow partner status | Read from the tier label on the person's Webflow profile, or the exams listed there. | 22 |
| 2 | Marketplace record | R is the marketplace record: completed Upwork jobs plus Contra hires plus recommendations on the Webflow profile. The logarithm keeps the first dozen jobs worth more than the next dozen; 100 or more earns the full point. | 15 |
| 3 | Client projects | N is the higher of two counts: published case studies that name the client or link a live site, and completed marketplace jobs (Upwork jobs plus Contra hires). | 20 |
| 4 | Technical scope | A counts the technical areas backed by a case study or a listed service, out of ten: CMS, custom code, integrations, Ecommerce, animation and interactions, migrations, SEO, accessibility, design systems, localization. | 20 |
| 5 | Years on Webflow | Y is full years since the earliest public date: the first Webflow work the person states, the partner-since date, or the Joined date on a webflow.com profile. Years past ten add nothing. | 8 |
| 6 | Published price | Only whether a price is public is scored: 1 point for an hourly rate, 0.5 for a project price alone. The amount itself is shown but earns nothing. | 10 |
| 7 | Availability | Read from the person's own availability statement on Webflow, Contra or their own site. | 5 |
Partner status carries the most weight here, 22 of 100, because Webflow grants it and shows it on the person's own profile. Client projects and technical scope carry 20 each, since they show what a person has shipped; marketplace record gets 15, published price 10, years on Webflow 8 and availability 5. Response time and class naming are not scored, because neither can be checked from outside a project.
Points per criterion
Every criterion turns one public fact into points between 0 and 1.
1. Webflow partner status
Read from the tier label on the person's Webflow profile, or the exams listed there.
2. Marketplace record
R is the marketplace record: completed Upwork jobs plus Contra hires plus recommendations on the Webflow profile. The logarithm keeps the first dozen jobs worth more than the next dozen; 100 or more earns the full point.
3. Client projects
N is the higher of two counts: published case studies that name the client or link a live site, and completed marketplace jobs (Upwork jobs plus Contra hires).
4. Technical scope
A counts the technical areas backed by a case study or a listed service, out of ten: CMS, custom code, integrations, Ecommerce, animation and interactions, migrations, SEO, accessibility, design systems, localization.
5. Years on Webflow
Y is full years since the earliest public date: the first Webflow work the person states, the partner-since date, or the Joined date on a webflow.com profile. Years past ten add nothing.
6. Published price
Only whether a price is public is scored: 1 point for an hourly rate, 0.5 for a project price alone. The amount itself is shown but earns nothing.
7. Availability
Read from the person's own availability statement on Webflow, Contra or their own site.
Weighted raw score
The raw score S is the weighted sum of the seven point values; the weights on this site add up to 100, so S runs from 0 to 100.
From raw score to the 0–10 display
The score printed on every page, D, places the raw scores on a band from 7.50 to 9.80. Smax is the highest raw score in the main ranking, 94 (Alex Glevsky). Smin is the lowest raw score of anyone shown on top10nocodeexperts.com, main ranking and the 4 lists by need together: 38.53 (Carlo Ciccarelli). D is rounded to two decimals.
Missing values and ties
A value that is not published earns 0 points for its criterion, and the tables show it as "not published" with the date we checked. The main ranking sorts by the unrounded raw score, so two people can share a rounded display score and still hold different positions: Matan Assulin (72.40) sits above Rod Rosolen (72.28) at 8.90 each. An exact tie on the raw score keeps the editorial order of the list. Lists by need sort by their own fact first (for example, completed Upwork jobs), then by raw score, then alphabetically by first name.
